Carolyn Grace, LMSW-ACP, DCSW, ACHt., is a behavioral health specialist and owner of HealthFirst Associates. She is a specialist in the use of hypnosis and breathwork for healing, health, and life change. Ms. Grace’s approach to health and healing is holistic—mind, body, spirit—all within the context of the systems within which we live and work. It is her experience that this holistic approach allows us to lead happier, more fulfilling, and more productive lives.
Ms. Grace is licensed in the State of Texas as (1) a Master in Social Work and (2) an Advanced Clinical Practitioner. She holds advanced clinical standing in the National Association of Social Workers. She is a Certified Hypno-Behavioral Therapy Specialist, with advanced training through the Wellness Institute in Washington State.
In addition to a clinical and conflict resolution practice, Ms. Grace devotes time to serving as a guest on talk shows, speaking to groups and organizations, and publishing articles. She speaks and writes on such topics as health in the workplace, health in relationships, conflict resolution, effective ways of dealing with stress and life change, and the use of hypnosis for health and emotional healing.
